The residential garden maintenance team are mindful of the continual use of the grounds and manage the upkeep to ensure that the residents’ enjoyment is not compromised. The preservation of atmosphere by subtle maintenance will be supported with a modern decorative log house which covers and keep everything in place ready for the demand. This sustainable station sitting towards a sloped hill has many storage units and working spaces allowing fluency during the working hours. An office space with a security room to support privacy. This model of construction allows to enjoy the landscape and at the same time keep its natural state. This project was to offer multiple spaces for a garden maintenance team. This interlinked big volume which consists of 2 stories that have large window surfaces and a sheltered terrace to form a natural link between the outside world and the spaces within. In natural boundaries, this sustainable house is an example of a quick assembly construction method.
